The kit was easy to assemble, though I do miss the inner tabs some brands would include to help keep things aligned. The parts are well detailed and the parts that are a bit chunky, can be easily filed and made to look smaller and closer to scale. It easy to modify the parts for an open door or window with minimal effort. I've enjoyed the Walther's kits and have a few more to assemble, never had a problem with any kit, including this one....
